Observations naturalistes printanières dans le Ried de Colmar

Le premier printemps est une époque particulièrement intéressante pour observer les rares lièvres Lepus europaeus qui ont survécu à l’agriculture intensive dans le Ried de Colmar, ainsi que les oiseaux migrateurs de passage. Jean-Jacques FRITSCH photographe animalier a saisi un lièvre à l’homochromie en harmonie avec la couleur des labours ainsi que deux Courlis corlieux Numenius phaeopus difficiles à distinguer sur la terre brune. Au bord des marécages il a rencontré le Vanneau huppé Vanellus vanellus , le Chevalier aboyeur Tringa nebularia, le Chevalier sylvain Tringa glareola et deux Bécassines des marais Gallinago gallinago.

Abstract - Spring is a particularly interesting period to observe the migratory birds and the few brown hares Lepus europaeus that survived intensive farming in the Ried of Colmar. Wildlife photographer Jean-Jacques FRITSCH captured the image of hare which homochromy was in harmony with the colour of the ploughed land and also two whimbrels Numenius phaeopus, difficult to distinguish on the brown soil. Along the edge of the swamps, he saw a lapwing Vanellus vanellus, a greenshank Tringa nebularia, a wood sand piper Tringa glareola and two snipes Gallinago gallinago.
