Résumé  ̶  Dans la Réserve naturelle nationale de la tourbière de Machais (Grand Est, Vosges, La Bresse), neuf pièges à interception de type Malaise ont été installés dans les principaux habitats (forestiers et tourbeux) en 2009, 2020 et 2021. Une synthèse est produite suite à l'identification de la majeure partie des échantillons transmis à 40 entomologistes. Au total, 1 827 espèces ou sous-espèces d’insectes et d’arachnides ont été recensées parmi les 33 619 spécimens examinés. 171 espèces sont signalées pour la première fois du département des Vosges, 32 le sont nouvellement pour la France et trois nouvelles pour la science ont été décrites. La contribution à la connaissance locale est très forte avec 1 736 espèces nouvelles pour l’inventaire de cet espace protégé de 145 ha. L’importance de ce site protégé pour la connaissance et la conservation du patrimoine naturel national est renforcée. De nombreuses perspectives d'amélioration des connaissances sont pointées notamment par la mobilisation du matériel restant non trié et la recherche d’autres experts taxinomistes. Plus largement d’autres techniques d’échantillonnages sont proposées pour augmenter la liste des espèces d'insectes et arachnides de ce site protégé d'importance régionale.

Abstract  ̶  Review of three years of entomofauna inventory using Malaise traps in the “tourbière de Marchais” National Nature Reserve (France, Vosges): contribution to knowledge and perspectives
In the "tourbière de Machais" National Nature Reserve (Grand Est, Vosges, La Bresse), nine Malaise traps were deployed in the main habitats (forest and bog) during 2009, 2020, and 2021. A synthesis was produced after most of the samples sent to 40 entomologists had been identified. In total 1,827 species or subspecies of insects and arachnids were recorded among the 33,619 specimens examined. Of these, 171 species were reported for the first time in the Vosges department, 32 were new to France and tree new to science were described. The contribution to local knowledge is substantial, with 1,736 species newly added to the inventory of this 145-hectare protected area. These results strengthen the importance of this protected site for the knowledge and conservation of the national natural heritage. Several opportunities for improving knowledge are identified, in particular through the mobilisation of unsorted material and the search for other taxonomists experts. More broadly, other sampling techniques are proposed to increase the list of insect and arachnid species in this regionally important protected site.
